“To study the self is to forget the self.”

— Dogen, from the Genjo Koan

We are here to reduce and transform suffering.

We commit to a devoted, active, and personal practice.

We speak and guide only from the direct experience of our practice.

We enter all situations “not knowing”, open and empty.

We focus on helping others explore their practice experience.

We focus on helping others with their practice, not their problems.
